TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read all these terms and conditions. As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing you are not happy with.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP Sterling. Prices may be subject to change but you will be informed of any price change prior to processing your order. Stock or delivery costs may cause an increase in price.

Payment Terms
Payment is processed through Paypal or cheque. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared unless you have an account with us.
Privacy and Date Protection (GDPR)
We respect your privacy and  we will request the minimum amount of information, we only use your personal information to administer your account, and to communicate with you  to provide the products and services you have requested from us in order to complete the order/booking.
You can access/modify/request removal of  the data we have by getting in touch directly with us. 
If you choose to contact us you are therefore consenting to our collection, storage and use of that data as use of communication.
Under no circumstances will we share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Orders
Once your payment has been processed, your order process will begin that day. By ordering through our online shop, you accept that you are happy with the design and choice of clothing and colours.

Artwork Disclaimer
We will print artwork supplied to us. By emailing your artwork to us you are giving lancasterembroideryservices.com full consent to print your artwork and design(s). By submitting your own artwork, you are also acknowledging that you own the copyright to the artwork or have permission to use it.

Use of your Artwork
By supplying your artwork for print, you accept that we may use images of the final print as part of our blog/newsletter as case studies.
Returns Policy
It is your responsibility to check your order for design and spelling errors and that colours and garment sizes are correct before finalising your order. Any errors on your behalf cannot be returned, however, should there be any faults with the printing or the garment itself, we will replace the garment, without question once the original garment has been returned.
Please note, you must inform us within 12 hours of delivery by email, contact page or telephone if you are not happy with the product.

Direct to Garment Printing (DTG)
DTG printing is a relatively new process and relies on a computer to determine colours, strength etc of the print which are then printed onto the garment. Therefore, DTG printing can be subject to slight variances. This means that there may be slight differences between prints of the same design. For example, printing on a dark garment, a white underlay is printed as a base coat. If there are slight specks on the original artwork, the printer will print a white base in preparation. This means, if the artwork isn't as clean as it should be, you may experience small specks of white on the material. By ordering, you accept the above information and accept slight variances in shade of colour and white underlay conditions.
Thermal Transfer
Don't mistake this for the old 'transfer sheet' method that peels and cracks after a few washes. This thermal transfer is a method of pressing solid colours onto a garment. Colours are limited to suppliers ranges so the choice of colours and designs will be limited using this method. However, this method is very durable and will not fade.
Cancellation Procedure
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase but, in the unlikely event that you have a complaint and would like your money back, please complete the 'contact us' form and provide us with your order number, email address and reason for your complaint.
